If your request is greater than 30 days or your desired location is not on the current hot deals list, make a gold week request.
Our customer relations representatives provide individualized service to the members of Grand Resort Travel. Our goal is to provide the most personalized service possible when you make your gold week request. For this reason, we prefer that you make your gold week requests over the telephone. However, we reallize that some of our members have limited time during the day to contact our office. For this reason, you may submit the online gold week request form and a customer relations representative will contact you to finalize your request.
